About Us
The Grill Works, proudly owned by Brian and Lisa Gilliatt in Marion, Iowa, has been a cornerstone for grill enthusiasts since 2000. Our journey began at home, servicing Charmglow Natural Gas Grills from the 60s and 70s. In 2009, an exciting opportunity arose—to acquire a Chicago-based distributorship, furthering its 50-year legacy as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores nationwide. In May 2010, we opened our Marion storefront, transforming our passion into a thriving business. Family-driven and community-focused, The Grill Works is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our heartfelt thanks go to our community for their steadfast support as a locally owned enterprise. Together with our family—both by blood and by bond—we look forward to sharing our love for grilling with even more enthusiasts as we continue to grow.
